Customer service is the most important part of sales and at MyFashionLeggings.com we strive for customer satisfaction only. But in case you are not happy with the product, we are ready to offer you exchange or refund service. But you will have to make sure that the product is new and unused and also you need to keep the original package and other tags.
Steps to return a product?
You need to follow these steps to return any item:
You need to send us a e-mail. Do mention your full name and invoice number and also do not forget to mention why you would like to return the product.
Soon after your e-mail, you will get a reply with the instructions and return authorization number (RMA#).
You will need to pack your item in the original package. Do not forget to include the copy of your invoice and sent out your package within 5 days after you receive the RMA# number.
Choose a carrier offering a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the shipping of the product. Do write the RMA# outside the package otherwise your package might get rejected.
After we receive the product we will check the product and if everything is okay we will initiate the refund. Refund will be paid back to your account within 7 days.
How do I exchange a product?
Exchanging a product is almost similar with the returning a product. All you need to do is explain the reason why you are looking to exchange the product and do mention the product you want in exchange. Once you send us the e-mail, we will send you a reply with the instructions and the exchange authorization number.
Now you will need to send the product back to us with the proper packaging and the previous invoice and in return your new product will be sent to you. But remember that return shipping of the product is solely your responsibility. But once we are sure that the product is damaged due to our packing or shipping you will get that shipping amount added to your refund and you will also get the new product as soon as possible.
What do I do if I receive a wrong item?
In case you receive a wrong product, you will need to e-mail us within 3 days after you receive the product along with your order number. After that, we will exchange it with the correct item. You will not be responsible any shipping fees.
